General Rules And Regulations
- Only bona fide, full-time students who are enrolled in a course at the university will be eligible to participate
- Participants in all events should report to the assigned venue at least 25-30 minutes before the start of the respective event
- Two office bearers, one male and one female, should accompany the squad from each participating college, and they will be responsible for the discipline of their team. Officials should also bring their college ID cards
- Participating colleges should have flag banners of their respective colleges. A procession/march past of participating colleges shall be organized on the Inaugural Day before the formal Inaugural Ceremony
- If any participant is found involved in any indiscipline activity, he/she will be debarred from the tournament immediately
- The decision of the panel of judges/referee will be considered final and binding for all
- All participants should bring a No Objection Certificate from the Director/Principal of the concerned Institute/College
- In case of any dispute arising during the game, ongoing matches, or regarding the result, the decision of the core committee shall be deemed final and binding
- All participants should bring the following documents: college ID card, Aadhar card, vaccination certificate, and passport-size photo
