RULES
  1. Each move must be made with one hand only.
  1. Promotes a pawn, the choice of the piece is finalised, when the piece has touched the square of promotion.
  1. Before the start of the game the arbiter decides where the chess clock is placed.
  1. Deliberately touches his king and rook he must castle on that side if it is legal to do so, deliberately touches a rook and then his king he is not allowed to castle on that side on that move.
  1. At the time determined for the start of the game the clock of the player who has the white pieces is started.
